Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Premium Drops, and they cover your use of premiumdrops.store and every order you place. By browsing the site or buying anything, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy form part of the same agreement.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, or you must have the consent of a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for the order. By placing an order you confirm that your details are true and that the card is yours to use.

Your account

You do not need an account to buy from us, but if you open one you are responsible for what happens inside it. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account used for fraud, for resale in breach of these terms, or in a way that harms the store.

Products and descriptions

We describe every item as carefully as we can, using details from the maker. Even so, a screen colour or a listed measurement can differ a little from the item in your hands, and packaging or accessories change when a brand updates a line. A photograph is an illustration, not a promise of an exact shade. If a difference matters, write to us before you buy.

Stock

Stock moves quickly and the site can show an item that has just sold out, and adding something to your cart does not hold it. If we cannot fill your order, we will write to you and refund that item in full. We may limit the quantity of any item per customer, and we may stop selling a line at any time.

Prices, errors, and tax

All prices are in United States dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when your order is accepted. Now and then a price or a discount is listed wrongly through human or system error. When that happens we may cancel the order even after you have paid and refund you in full, because we are not required to sell at a price that was clearly a mistake. Sales tax is added at checkout under state and county rules.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The email you receive at checkout confirms that we have your order, not that we have accepted it, and the contract forms when we dispatch the item. Until then we may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for a pricing error, a stock shortage, a failed payment, a suspected fraud, an address we cannot serve, or an order placed for resale.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, and we accept the cards and wallets shown there. Your card details go to the provider, not to us. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may hold or cancel the order and refuse future orders from the same account.

Discount codes and promotions

Codes such as a flash sale code are for personal use, cannot be sold or traded, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so. Each code has its own start date, end date, minimum spend, and list of items it does not cover. We may end a promotion early, and we may cancel an order where a code was used in a way it was not meant for.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return Policy. Both are on this site and both form part of these terms. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave.

Warranties

Most items carry a warranty from the maker. The cover and the length belong to the brand, not to us, and they change from item to item, so please read the product page. We will help you make a claim, but the brand decides it. A warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water, a drop, normal wear, or a repair by anyone other than the maker.

Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided as they are and as they are available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise that the site will run without a break or an error, that it is free of harmful code, or that any content on it is complete or current. Nothing here removes a right you hold under consumer law that cannot be signed away, and nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death, or for injury caused by our negligence.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Premium Drops is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, for lost data, or for the cost of a substitute product, arising from your use of the site or from any item you buy. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim concerns.

Your promise to us

You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms, misused the site, or infringed the rights of someone else.

Our content

The name Premium Drops, our logo, our page copy, our layout, and the images we create belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or resell any of it without our written permission. Brand names and product photographs belong to their owners and appear here so that we can describe what we sell. Our pages also link to other sites, such as a brand page or a carrier tracking page, and we are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Content you post

If you leave a review, a comment, a photo, or a question, you keep ownership and give us a free, worldwide, lasting licence to display, copy, and use it to promote the store. You confirm that it is your own and honest and that it does not break the law or the rights of anyone else. We may edit or remove anything abusive, false, off topic, or posted to advertise another business.

Things you must not do

Do not use the site to break the law, to defraud us or another customer, to send spam, to scrape prices in bulk, to test or break our security, to place orders with a stolen card, to buy for resale where we have said no, or to interfere with the servers behind the site.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice, and we may end your access if you break these terms.

Governing law and disputes
